Eaton Towers is a leading independent pan-African tower company with over 5000 tower sites in five African nations: Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Burkina Faso and Niger.

Founded in 2008 by Terry Rhodes (ex-Celtel co-founder), Sanjiv Ahuja (ex-CEO Orange) and Alan Harper (ex-Vodafone UK), Eaton Towers acquires, builds and leases shared infrastructure services on its tower sites to mobile operators.

The major shareholder of Eaton Towers is Capital International Private Equity Fund.
