|Jimmy Eisenstein is non-executive chairman of Eaton Towers. Jimmy was co-founder in 1995 of American Tower Corporation, today the world’s most valuable listed tower company, where he was responsible for all acquisitions and development. Retiring from ATC in 2004, Jimmy has since been a founder and CEO of a number of wireless companies, including Concourse Communications, Optasite and since 2010 Grupo TorreSur, the largest privately-held towerco in Brazil.
|Pankaj Kulshrestha is Eaton’s Group COO. He has extensive operational experience in the Indian telecom market. Prior to joining
Eaton, he was the VP Operations and Regional Head North & West at ATC in India, where he was also part of the core group for M&A activities including leading
the operational due diligence and the post-acquisition integration activities.
|Terry Rhodes is co-founder and Director of Eaton Towers with over 25 years of telecoms experience, the last 17 of which Terry
has focused exclusively on Africa. Terry co-founded Celtel and helped to raise over $1bn to invest in African mobile networks. Celtel expanded across 16
sub-Saharan countries and was sold in 2005 for $3.4bn. Terry was a board member of Celtel operations in Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Gabon and Congo-B.
|Peter Lewis is the CFO of Eaton Towers with over 20 years' experience in telecoms finance and over 10 years of African experience.
Peter joined Eaton from Millicom where he was Head of Corporate Finance from 1999 to 2010 raising over $1bn in debt finance for Africa. Driver of
Millicom's strategy to monetise its African towers in Ghana, Tanzania and DRC.
|Toby Robinson is the Chief Commercial Officer of Eaton Towers. Toby has worked on towers transactions in France, UK and Germany and
with corporates including Vodafone, BT and Apple as well as investors including Providence, 3i and Apax.
|Bridget Hill is the Group General Counsel of Eaton Towers. Bridget joined Eaton Towers from Allen & Overy LLP where she was co-head of
their Africa Desk and a member of their M&A practice. Bridget has 13 years of experience in African focused transactions during which time she completed two secondments to telecoms companies.

|Gareth Townley is Managing Director of Eaton Towers Ghana. Gareth has over 10 years' experience in African telecoms, including most recently CEO at Viasat Broadcasting from 2008 to 2011. Previously Gareth was CEO for Millicom's cellular businesses in Sierra Leone and Ghana from 2003 to 2007.|
|Jerry Ossom is the Finance Director of Eaton Towers Ghana. Prior to his current role he had 5 years’ experience in KPMG Ghana where he supervised statutory audits on clients with specialization in Telecom, Information and Entertainment. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Ghana.|

|Keith Boyd is the Managing Director of Eaton Towers Southern Africa. Keith has served in executive positions of IT and tower companies in Africa over the last 15 years and has worked closely with top executives of leading telecoms operators to implement coverage solutions which reduce costs.|
Corné Bonthuys is Finance Director of Eaton Towers Southern Africa. Prior to this he held senior positions with Stocks & Stocks and Bateman where he was transferred to Switzerland to establish and manage the head office team responsible for the group’s treasury and accounting function.
Eaton Towers East Africa
|Soban Pasha is the Managing Director of Eaton Towers East Africa and brings in more than 17 years of experience in telecoms and consulting, working with major cellular and tower operators in Africa, Asia, Europe, Canada and Russia. Before joining Eaton Towers, Pasha has held various C-level positions at Millicom (Tigo) including Regional GM, Commercial Director EEMEA and CEO in Ghana and Tanzania. He has also held CEO positions for Orascom Telecel in Nepal and Namibia, and more recently with American Towers as their CEO in Ghana.|
Adnan Quddus is the Chief Financial Officer at Eaton Towers in Uganda. Adnan has over 18 years of experience in leading cellular companies. He was formerly CFO for Orascom Telecel in Namibia and prior to that was CFO for Millicom's businesses in Ghana and Tanzania.
Snehar Shah, CFA, is the Finance Director of Eaton Towers Kenya and brings close to 20 years of Financial expertise in telecommunication companies and investment banking, of which the last 5 years in Kenya, as Deputy CFO and Chief Orange Money Officer at Orange/Telkom Kenya. Snehar has also acted as Finance Director for Eaton Towers Uganda for the last year driving the growth of our start-up operation. Snehar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
