Eaton Towers is one of Africa's corporate success stories, even though its name is not that familiar. - 9 May 2011

Eaton controls networks of broadcast masts erected by telecom companies to carry mobile telephone signals. Its success is convincing mobile operators to allow their competition to use the towers and the extra income means call charges can be cheaper.

Alan Harper, chief executive of Eaton Towers has been telling the BBC's Russell Padmore about the growing mobile telephone business in Africa.
